Zineの制作プロセスを紹介する小さくて便利な本。完全に手作りでできている例がたくさんあって、作るプロセスや、ヒント・コツも紹介され何か違うことしてみたい人へおすすめ。「コピーショップ行ってみよう！」の章もあって全国体験できるワークショップと参加できるZineイベントの案内ページもあります。最後の黄色いページには製本の説明があって方法と道具も紹介され、基礎が理解しやすい。
A nice little book which talks about the book or zine making process, and features a number of collected examples of entirely hand-made zines. It breaks down the examples it introduces and gives lots of little hints on tricks you can use to make things differently. There’s a neat section in the back about visiting a copy shop, attending workshops and zine events you can participate in across Japan. Right at the back is a yellow section on binding basics, which explains the make up of different binding methods in an easy to understand way.
